• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Something to do on a Friday in late May...We only did the final day of Ride for Recovery, wounded young men and women riding from DC to Norfolk, VA, It was hot and miserable, but who can complain when you look over and there's a young person without legs pedaling with his hands. What an experience, 2nd year, I'll do it as long as I can. By the way this was on the cover of a local Navy Newspaper, made me feel good to represent Saluda, VA, Post 82, American Legion Riders.
 
Helping others

Congrats Don , anytime you can do something for someone that has problems , it gives a good feeling inside . Everytime I participate in a toyride or other benefit , just knowing that a few minutes of my time will benefit someone else makes my day better. Sure hope you can continue doing it for many years to come.

Looking forward to seeing you at Maggie and Lamonts.........just hope my charging system holds up....LOL
