• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I must say that Cindy at TRICLed has certainly "raised the bar" and set a new standard for Customer Service!
I sent her an e-mail on Saturday about one of my amber fender lights not working and she immediately responded
and requested a photo of the light. I asked her for a RH side replacement (LH was fine). I sent her some photos and on Sunday she
replied to tell me a new set was shipping out on Monday. The new ones have more LED's so both sides would match and they have a lifetime
warranty. I received the new lights yesterday (Wednesday).
What "raised the bar", was this all happened last EASTER weekend. I cannot say enough about the customer service that TRICLed offers to its customers. I will be ordering more lights in the near future.
