Kudo's to Reggy at TricLED

I purchased the 16" dual function lights and LED fender tip lights from TricLED last fall which I really like. This spring 1 of the 16" strips and the fender tip lights blew. I contacted Reggy after Spyderfest and not only did he replace the one 16" strip and the fender tip lights but he sent a complete new pair of 16" strips and 2 extra fender tip bulbs at no cost to me. That's what I call great customer service! Thanks again Reggy.

Reggy is the best!

We were at Lamont's for the barbeque. One of our fender strips had started coming loose, and asked Reggy if it would be possible to replace. He replaced both fender lights at no charge. Great customer service and we recommend him to everyone who asks where we got the lights!! :2thumbs::clap:

Reggy is the best when it comes to customer service. He truly wants you to be proud of his product and I love to see people's faces when I pull my Spyder in with all the Tricled lights on. It's a Wow factor Everytime!!

I agree. He just replaced one of my adaptive running lights that had gone bad that I got probably back in February or so. Just wish it wasn't such a pain to swap.

I've bought several items from Reggy. In fact just bought some things yesterday. :firstplace: What I like about him is he tries to think for you while you buy instead of just giving you the product. Yesterday he saved me from a future hassle I didn't even think about.

I just want to either get to a page that is Tricled itself, or find a way to contact Reggy. I am a new Spyder RT owner and would like some lights, all I keep getting is other Website that sell Tricled.
