There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If you go to their website, you can download some really complete and accurate installation instructions. That's what I did, and it made the job easy! nojoke

It's not that hard,
I am a visual learner so I like to see a picture of what it should look like when you are done. Go to their web site and you can find instructions and good pictures. On mine there were 4 bolts you take out and let it all fall off in your hand. The adjustable bracket is all that is left and that is where you put the locking unit and then replace everything else. Tighten it all up and you are good to go. Be sure to tell them it goes on a SpYder! They will send special bolts for you to use.
