Whats up with KewlMetal? Tried to call them yesterday and today and just get voice mail! OnVentures:gaah:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are pretty near impossible to contact... :gaah: This has been an ongoing complaint against them. Don't give up! :thumbup:

Same problem that I am having they will not answer phone or e-mail, I orderd parts from them and am still waiting

I looked at their website.. they stated they are moving over the holidays.. and won't be open to the public until Jan 5th.. but they are processing orders.:hun:

Well, even if they are processing orders, i wont order from them.
A company that does not deem it necessary to answer it customers email does not warrant my business.
I contacted them on 3 different occasions and they have never replied. totally unacceptable.
Too bad, because they have nice products.
