OK, just a brief note about Big Joe and Matt at Kewlmetal:

I emailed them about the slight rusting of the heads of the mirror extensions (which I love) and I received an immediate pm from Matt hat they have new coated Allen screws and an email reply from Big Joe that they were being shipped.

Yesterday the biggest FedEx truck I've ever seen rolls up my gravel driveway and navigates his way in. The driver delivers this big padded envelope.

Contents? Tw new black coated Allen screws from Kewlmetal!

(Yes. They FedEx'ed two screws!)

Now that kind of customer service will get...well, it'll get people to post a thank-you on a message board on the web!

Thanks for the kind words. We are not perfect and sometimes the responses to customer requests don't go as fast as people would like. We are a family run operation so sometimes when things are going on, we close the shop or we just get a little behind. We do pride ourselvs on personal service to all of our customers, sometimes it make take some time, and sometimes it gets done quick!

We bought some screws for the mirror extensions that are not holding up to weather exposure. We have some new ones that should do much better and anyone who asks will get a new set of screws!
