KewlMetal Perfomance Air Filter Kit

I am looking at purchasing the KewlMetal Performance Air Filter Kit. Has anyone purchased one? Good purchase? I have read that it increases engine noise. How much?

I purchased the Kewl Metal filter this spring. It is a bit louder, but it is not louder than my Leo Vince exhaust. My spyder still sounds good in my opinion. I didn't notice any great performance gain. If anything, it ran a little worse, at first. It made the fuel mixture pretty lean. I added the juice box and it runs fantastically now.

Performance and sound aside, it totally cures the oil in the box problem. Additionally, it makes it look less cluttered around the engine area. It is a great aesthetic improvement.

I think the purchase was certainly worth the money. I recommend it, but only if you add the juice box also. Hope that helps.
