Kewlmetal.....are they still in business?

I was curious if anybody has recently placed and/or received any orders from Kewlmetal.com? I placed an order early in the month and still haven't received my order. I have emailed them twice with no answer, and when I call there I get their voicemail message. I left them a message pertaining to the status of my order, and have not had any return phone call.

Just wondering if they are still in business or not?

I ordered new handlebars and console from them on 11/27/2011 and after a month I sent a message through their website asking the status of my order and my order was processed shipped and charged to my card on 01/03/12. In comparison the hand grips I order on the same day from Direct Line Parts were here by 12/2/11.

Ordered the honeycomb radiator grills last month. Got them in under a week.

I'm guessing that Kewlmetal doesn't always have items in stock and sometimes orders or makes them after they receive a customer order. It took over a month for me to receive my order. Worth the wait though, they sell quality items.

Ordered on 12/04/2011

I got my order on 1/26/2012. My items were backorder and they just got them in on 1/20/2012 and sent them the same day.

I bought the adjustable raisers and the driving lights mount two weeks ago. Got the raisers but I had to cancel order for the raisers, as they did not know when they would manufacture them again (???).
Good quality products, disappointing service
