• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am looking for a group that plans on attending the Hollywood/BRP gathering. I would like to try to get a group ryde together, leaving from Fresno or another central point. Safety in numbers, etc.... I live in Kings County. PM me if you are interested, Thanks! Looking forward to seeing and meeting my SpyderLovers' BFF....

Csmead,

Red Viper is in Fresno and I think he was planning on making the trip. I am in Bakersfield so I can ride with you and the others coming from the north once you get to this point. Lets see if we can keep this thread going and get a roll call complete by the of beginning of June.:2thumbs:

Thanks for the reply. I dropped into Clawson's in Fresno and they have no info. No one has shown any interest in our area. Spydroe's bike is in the shop now but he is planning on going. I would like to get a group together as there is some security in numbers!....okay, less chance of getting lost.

And I am looking for Bay Area, Sacramento, and other Nor Cal Spyder riders interested in riding down together. I agree - safety in numbers. We plan on leaving the morning of the 26th from the east bay.

maybe if we keep this thread going we can pick up a few others.... there are several places that we could run into each other along the route.

Well I have tenative plans to meet a member down in King City and ride 101 down which should be a lot nicer than I-5. If anyone is down for meeting in King City on the 26th and riding down hit me up.

If you are anywhere near this route please feel free to join the group.

Okay, so I had a thought. Me and a fellow rider are meeting in King City off 101 on the way down. Then we are taking 46 over to I-5. There is a Travel Centers of America truck stop in Arvin just before Grapevine which is where I-5 and CA-99 meet. I was thinking maybe we could get the central California riders and those coming down from the Sacramento area to meet up at the truck stop at around noon on the 26th and then we could cruise down through Grapevine together. Then I guess once we start getting down into the Burbank / Los Angeles area everyone just go their own way to the lodging locations.

Here is our REVISED route:
