• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ordered one the other day. Fast delivery and I will say it is well made and easy to install. Haven't had a chance to ride the bike yet, rain and more rain. You can definitely hear it. Will see how it sounds under different throttle. Do like the way it opens up the area around the engine. I can see why it lets your engine run cooler. Will take a few tanks of gas before I settle down and see how my gas mileage will be. Will be playing with it. Have no in tension of putting the stock air box back on. I kinda like the way it sounds. Another notch in my Spyder mods. Pretty well finished with mods. Would I recommend this, yes. Good product.

Hi David,

Re: You can definitely hear it.

When I first installed mine, I thought, 'Wow, this is loud.'

Now, I do not even notice it.

You'll get used to it,

Congrats....

Great mod but your dreaming if you think your done or close to done..:roflblack: I run a K&N filter with a large pore foam band to cut the noise a bit. Added some ram air ducts with turbo fans. You can see them in my albums ... so you see your never done. You will see the difference...

I like the way that is set up. I have lights in mine, but could use the smaller holes. Will be adding the K&N when filter needs replacing. I have made my own handle bar risers, skid plate, belt tension-er, pin striped it. Added the sports fender, ultimate seat, fog lights, hand brake, mirror extension, madstad windshield, gps mount, cup holder, grip puppies, Mike's front shocks relocation, RT shocks on front, added 4" 900 lb spring to rear shock. Also gas door to seat. Looking for a place to mount the toilet now:roflblack:

Hi David,

Re: How is the spring working out?

It looks really great sitting there.

We are still in the rainy season here. Ask in about a month; I 'might' have an answer.
