There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Johnny Winter... R.I.P.

Good?

Too bad - he made some good blues music - RIP

Talk about an understatement! Johnny Winter could play the blues better than anyone this side of Muddy Waters, and Buddy Guy. I have to believe that he earned it too. I mean a skinny Albino kid growing up in Texas! had to be tough. Bob you are right he was far more gifted than Edgar, who really only had 1 hit, Frankenstein! Johnny will be missed. I am listening to a great album from my youth, Johnny Winter And.......LIVE, maybe the best version of Jumpin Jack Flash EVER!

They're already jammin' together! :2thumbs:
...And with a lot of other great talent too!
But the pirce to see today's show...

I can wait a few years to see them! :D

I actually saw Johnny Winters at a small bar here in the Laurentians( Morin Heights) when I was in my 20's. We had a very popular recording studio called "Le Studio" and many popular artists would record there and then do a set or two at the bar ( The Commons) it was a great show, by a great artist! R.I.P Johnny!

I would have loved to catch a gig of his in a small bar... :D
I caught him several times at the Spectrum in Philadelphia (It's gone now...)
It's not the same in a big hall...

Although we DID catch Blue Oyster Cult; twice in one weekend...
Friday night at a small bar in the Southern part of Town; they played as "Soft White Underbelly"
Saturday night; it was as B.O.C. in the Spectrum!

We DID enjoy Friday's show MUCH more!

I think that Snoopy has the "Lampshade permanently installed...
He also swears that he never heard of Danica Patrick...
And Johnny was also a consumate rocker!
