J & M Bluetooth Integration. How well does it work ?

Has anyone actually tried the J & M Bluetooth Integration unit ? It looks like a dream come true to actually put my radar detector and my phone into my wired BRP helmet headset. I tried the BRP cellphone interface without any success. Before anyone asks, yes I plugged the small audio cable into the harness on the right side. There are two audio plugs and jacks and I have double checked that they are correctly connected. My dealer won't help because I installed it myself and they asked BRP tech and they wouldn't help either because I had installed it.

I am willing to bet that the cellphone interface cable is installed according to the installation instructions which are incorrect. I bet the harness is plugged in backwards. Feel free to PM me and I will give you my phone number.
