I FINALLY bought a Spyder! While I wanted to buy locally, I could not justify paying thousands more. I went through imotorsports, and Jason there has been great. I got the Halloween orange and black combo which is fantastic. I then added the frunk black strips and a skull decal with a black/orange spider on each side of the tank.

I've put almost 300miles on it the past two days.

Thanks everyone. I've been wanted a Spyder for at least the past 5 years. 1st if was the RSS, then the ST came out(Oh boy!), then the F3 arrives. When I went to my local dealer he only had an RT for me to try, at 5'1" this just felt too big for me. Last year he had an F3 that he wouldn't adjust to fit me and then only allowed you to go around a 3 mile block, not acceptable.

In all, I guess it worked out just fine because I got the exact machine I wanted and at a better price.

Windshield, swaybar and backrest should be coming in July.

Congratulations. I just got a Madstad windshield on mine Thursday and it makes all the difference in the world. At 55 mph or less the difference was not noticeable but get about 60 and you can tell a big difference.

Congratulations! I concur; offer the local guy a chance to match the deal you found. If not, you save! Beautiful machine. A windshield and some bags make it more useful and comfortable. Now, put some miles on it!!
