• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there a way to make auxiliary plug work only while the key is on?

Without looking for a circuit that is always hot, you could disconnect the existing connectors, and run new wires to either the battery or in my case, an added 12 volt aux. source.

So, you want to make the power go on and off with the key? Correct? If you have a 2013 or newer RT, look in your right side fuse box…,right side as you are sitting on it…. And move the fuse from the F7 position into the F6 position. Look at the fuse box page in your operators manual. Only one fuse is installed in F6. Leave the F7 position empty. If you have a 2012 or older, this option is not available.

Edit: looking at your past posts, it appears you have a 2011. So, no. There is no easy way unless you rewire somehow. It is always on.

Best, cheapest and easiest solution.

I've added a few extras to my 2011 RT and found a really neat spot under the left black cover under the frunk. Same place, but opposite side to where the BUDS connector is.
