Is the 28” tall F4 Windshield too tall to fit Ultraguard cover?

Is the 28” tall F4 windshield to tall, when totally lowered, to fit the ultraguard travel cover on the older RT style(2017)? Wife wants the 28” now for more wind protection on the long tours only. I want to make sure the travel cover will work with the new windshield. (If you have a 28” and travel cover-1/2 Cover that fits over, which one- BRP, ultraguard or neslon Riggs?)

I have the tall f4 windshield on my F3L….. I’ve used the full Ultra cover ….. a little tight but doable.

The Ultraguard will fit over the tall and wide F4 windshield. One thing to watch out for is wind. If the Spyder is parked and is subjected to really strong winds the front part of the cover can be blown back over the windshield. I use clips to secure the front end of the cover under the nose of my RT.

Thank for the tip. I assume you are talking full cover Idaho. Any idea about the half cover? I wonder if the F3 cover version would be bigger since the rear saddlebag extends beyond.
