• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Look like both of mine quit working today. They may not have worked forever but today was the first time I tried them when I was setting the clock. I always use the M button on the bars so that's not a problem, the problem is it's stuck in the metric mode. :gaah: I don't know if this can be reset on the BUDS or I need a new cluster. :dontknow:

I am not sure , mine has always switched from metric to english . :dontknow:
Just don't use the GPS repair method on this :yikes: !! Hope you figure it shortly
good luck ,wish i could help.

You've got speedo/odo on the Garmin, so metric on the cluster (while annoying) isn't that big a deal, right? At least not enough to sweat before the trip.

Then again, it's electronic & electronics get hot. Maybe it's thirsty. :dontknow:

It's not a big deal unless I have starting issues or something like that, then I might do the GPS fix :D:yikes:

For once I was able to help you out.I don't think I can count how many times all of you helped me out :2thumbs:

I had the same problem with the one on my canam atv. They had a recall on it. The dealer just popped out the old rubber button and pushed in the new one.

I had the same problem after I removed the display "glass" to clean out the "snail tracks". Dealer fiddled with it and fixed it good as new at last service.
