Installed new Zumo XT - now can't hear voice directions or anything BT'd to it??

I recently replaced the Garmin 590 on my 2015 RT L with a Zumo XT. I use the factory installed wired communication system and J & M Elite headsets. Now I'm unable to hear voice directions from the Zumo XT and Galaxy S 10 calls and media BT'd to the Zumo XT. Does the XT only work with BT headsets? Intercom still works on the wired system.

The XT does not have any provisions for a wired connection, only BT. You could possibly add a cheap BT receiver hooked to the wired system and do it that way.

This is what I did with our Garmin 396. Bought a cheap receiver on Amazon, power it with the USB and connect it into the Aux input. Needs higher output on our '21 RTL but I'll eventually figure that out.
