• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Indianapolis GP

I went downtown late this afternoon and I saw the most motorcycles I have ever seen in one place.:yikes: (no I havn't been to Daytona or Sturgis) Mostly sport bikes of course-Ducati nation is here in force. It was really cool. There were bikes lined up for blocks in central Indy. There is a big traffic circle in midtown and they were all around there with more circling. Lots of looks and thumbs up on the spyder. My wife saw one other parked but I missed it. Last night and tonight the city is closing down a large part of down town to car traffic. It will be limited to bikes. 7pm to 3am. I may go back tonight. Just to show out, I guess, since the spyder get so many looks.
One thing I noticed was that the great majority of riders were wearing helmets. There is no helmet law in Indiana. The Harley riders I saw, for the most part were helmetless. Part of the mystique I suppose.
Anyway, it was really neat to see all the bikes.:2thumbs: My son was supposed to come in for the race tomorrow and I had planned to go with him but he couldn't make it so I won't either. Maybe next year.
