• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

In need of parking?

I am looking for a place I can pull in around 9:00 at night, sleep till 7:00 am, lower the gate on the toyhauler and run all day on the spyder. Return around 7:00 PM, Load up and leave. I need no electricity or water. We would sleep in my small toyhauler (fully furnished with dc electric, toilets, shower, beds etc.) My truck and trailer is 50’ total. I can put it anywhere. Very good at backing in tight spots if needed. state park pull off is fine, huge parking lots, or semi parking. I don’t want to pay for campground because I’d have to pull out by 11:00 am and the fall weather is always so unpredictable. Another option is stay in a truck stop/rest area on 77, 70, 22 on road Friday night which is fine, but need a place to park for the day. Walmart’s and Lowe’s are starting to fine for parking so a state park hiking pull off would be awesome or parking area. This would be a Friday night, Saturday afternoon. Anyone in the circled area be able to help.

I was told on another forum that there’s a huge parking lot beside cabelas just outside wheeling on 70. There’s RV’s there all the time. That would work. Any others would be appreciated. Would love a hike, horse pull off. In Allegheny forest they are all over the place. In the ADKs there are a ton. Usually back roads snow plow turn around or pull offs. We will be running most of the hills/ roads south of 70 from wheeling to parkerburg.

Sorry u r not closer or you could park at my house. Go to "bunk a biker" and see if anybody there has a space you can pull into.

That’s interesting Pegasus! I’ll do some investigating for sure. I don’t have facebook but my wife does. Look when I get home. As a side note I was told on another forum there is a huge fairground in Edmond which would be perfect. Never thought about the fairgrounds. Great idea though. I was told the huge plaza in StClairsville tickets overnight sleeping in Walmart, lowes and Sams club plaza. We used to do this sort of stuff all the time as kids. Leave for a weekend sleep in a walmart for a few hours and go on. Its getting harder and harder to find rest stops these days. Seems out west is easy on the eastern side of the US everything is getting enforced. The fairgrounds have contacts but no email so I’ll have to do some calling. Once I ride around the area I should be able to find my spot for future rides. Its the first time that’s the hardest. We’d even be fine backing in a farm area or industry parking. I just need a parking space for the day. We do this all the time snowmobiling in the ADK’s, Vermont etc. There’s always parking for trailers, ride all day and even sleep the night and leave. Just not for the spyder!
