There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A little tale....
After I had my aortic heart valve replacement there were three things dangling from my
body. Two wires and and a catheter. (The wires, by the way, went to my heart so they could
more easily do a 'jump start' should it be required.) On the first day out of intensive care a
staff nurse came round to remove the hardware. Now I'm not squeamish in the slightest so I asked
him if I could do it while he supervised. The wires once moving gave a very weird sensation as
they dragged across my heart and out. The catheter was really no problem as long as I
relaxed and out it came. Fortunately it was empty!!

The nurse that came in to remove mine was too young and pretty; I HAD to let her do it!
