• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Iam new and just pick up my new 14 Rts.

Well after all these years I to took to the new three wheel world. Just pic up my 2014 yellow RTS. So far ok. Front end pulls to the right ?? So took wheels off not of rims but off l to r and r to left. And now bikes pull to the left? So back they went I got it. So now what the hell do I do now. Dealer here said ? ( well that's the way they are so you don't cross the left lane??? Ok? Any fix for this I ask? ( well not shure but you leave it here about 2 weeks and will try to fix it if brp ok it??? So I said fix what? They say might need tire or rims but not shure what? We have no way to fix tires here have to find some one to put tires on if need may take some time to fix?? Ok what the Hell did I just pay you 28,049 + taxes for ? This to site here and you can't fix.??? Well I told them that I will take home and call my lawyer to fix this or fix it now? Well told me have nice day and take your bike out of our shop and don't come back.?Really yes sir leave now...."?.?... Ok now can any one tell what the hell Iam going to do to fix this? Called Brp to day and they said to just sit back ? We will fix it, we will send you new rims and tires to your home and have you put them on then send back the olds ones to us here in Wi. Ok will see if this happens. Any way still need help on this pull thing. Thanks.. Ranger E-9:banghead:

Wow :gaah:

You need to find a new dealer fast. Must be one close to you that knows how to take care of a customer.
Sorry that you had to find out that the one you purchased from is a:cus:

Sorry to hear about your problems. First try and find another dealer that has lazer alignment, this may help if alignment is off. You could also have a tire or rim problem. I had a 2012 RTS that at 48 mph I had a l to r shimmy . New tires and rims from another bike and the problem was gone. ended up replacing the tires and the problem was almost gone. I hope you have better service from another dealer, they are out there. Hopefully someone from the S A area will chime in with a good dealer for you to go to. Hope you get it worked out, these machines are a blast to ride.

:welcome: I will also say, if what transpired at the dealership went down, you do need to find a different dealer. Have not yet heard a story like this.

:spyder2: are not designed to pull one way or the other. It sounds like alignment issues to me.

Also interesting that BRP said they would send you new tires and rims and you send back the "bad" parts. In the past, they have always worked through a dealer.

I am going to hold off and let you fill in the blanks for us as the saga unfolds.
