• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just a little tip: Spider is spelled Spyder in the non eight legged insect world!
:D

Thanks for the video.

I would think that you would want the VSS the same as on other spyders? These are bikes that are meant to be ridden hard all day long and I am not sure I would want to pick up a wheel that easily

Small Town - Fountain, CO has 2 of these Police Bikes

Local Dealer Fremont MotorSports set the bikes up, and my wife got a Thumbs Up from one of the officers on her daily commute on her RT; made her day!!

I have gotten my RTS front wheel off the ground a number of times now. Not that high as I backed off immediately. I saw no nanny. Usually the road is sloped the wrong direction and with a little speed, there it is. I'm not into that type of riding at my age, but I think that either my nanny is asleep or there is some room for a lift. Usually its like 2-3", but once maybe 6".

I do not need to dump my bike, so I back it off.

One friendly tip deserves another. A spider is not an insect; it's an arachnid..

I enjoyed the video, too. Where do I get in line?

Really. ...

I've done it in several occasions. Then the nanny kicks in and kills the fun. The F3 does have a more passive nanny so it makes it easier and I think one of the features of the new 17 F3 is this....

This is an excerpt from a review by Ari Henning I recently read. "but trying to turn the F3-P at speed reminded me of driving a front-wheel-drive car in the snow—it just plows and understeers. "Unfortunately I cannot find the review again but was a totally different spin on the F3-P than given in the video. Perhaps someone else recalls where the review was.

Tip- if you want to do wheelies or stoppies, get a sport bike. I highly recommend the Yamaha FZ-09. You will wheelie by twisting the throttle. Or, get yourself an R6, GSXR, or ZX6R.

I'm so happy this thing keeps all of it's wheels on the ground!!

More passive nanny??

Coming from 5 years riding on the 2008 GS, I have had the "nanny" stop me twice with the F3-T on turns that would have been just fine on the old GS. I too thought that the nanny was touted as being more passive, having prior experience with the Spyder ride have not seen this though. I have put the 2015 RT swaybar on, that has helped a lot. Still a little disappointed with the cornering of the F3-T.
