• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I Think I've Lost My Mind

When I started reading SLs about a year ago, I thought people who drove long distance for a trike were out of their minds. I just couldn't believe that "home" dealers were that bad. This past May I had extensive surgery on my left arm and hand. I began a serious search for a '14 SE6/RTS. I tried to stay "local"; but that turned up nothing. Talked to a couple of neighboring stat dealers; but did not have much luck negotiating over the phone. On a whim, I call and talked to Len @Pitbill. I told my wife that this is where I'm going to buy my Spyder. I have now joined those that I thought were out of their minds. 500 miles/8 hours one way. This will be a mini vacation proposition. I think I'm headed for a home, as my wife says.
How many on this forum have bought from Pitbull?

Good for you

From the reactions of the previous posters, this sounds as though you have made an important first step in the right direction.

Sure will be nice to read about your ride home... ;-)

Post your pics??

Many..!!

many have bought there, many have been to spyderfest and upgraded while there. They seem to be the place to go. Congrats your ryde home will be the thing you need to get you out and about after the work done on your arm and hand. Take your time and enjoy..!! :2thumbs: be safe...

In March I traded my '10 RTS for my '14 RTS se6 (Lamonster certified edition) with Len at Pitbull. I had the "cat delete' pipe installed at Spyderfest. Monday I'm heading to Springfield for a Tuesday (1st service) appointment. Hopefully, Wednesday I will be heading to Nivita, Ok. to pick up my trailer that I bought from mini trailer USA.
It will take me about 8 hours to get to Springfield and another 2 hours to pick up the trailer and then return home.

Good to see

that you are becoming a Spyder owner via Pitbull Powersports. Mike now if you are going to go for everything before you pick up your new Ryde just tell Lamont and Len you want everything that Murphybrown put on her new '14....:gaah::roflblack:...I warned you I'm a salesman's delight. But realllllly not sure which of the mods I would eliminate....I love and use them all....cup holder never never could X that...cat bypass?..nope; laser alignment..and swaybar:clap: and the list goes on. PLUS those TricLEDS that I absolutely could not live without...3rd brake light, ring of fire, replace those reflectors with LED's...oh my and the on and on....Then when you get that all done..besure and increase your insurance coverage to cover the farkling!!!
Congrats..stop by WalMart and buy some debugger...your teeth will need!!!! (Perma grin as you ryde on)..:yes:

You'll be happy with Pitbull. Whatever extras you want, let them know and they'll have it on the Spyder by the time you get there!!

:congrats:

Be sure to post some pics!!

Len and the Pitbull crew is NOT just a dealer!! They are an Institution and you won't go wrong with them.
