Thought I would share this, as it has happened to me more than once, as I am sure that many of you have encountered the same problem.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gotta say...
Having worked all the levels of dealerships it is an accutate view. But having worked all the levels one learns there is a lot more going on as well. For the most part the article is a true picture. I would suggest, 1) always make an appointment and never go before then. 2) if you suspect a problem or folks here tell you whats going on, make sure they have the parts before you go...3) if it is not warranty, get your own parts and make the appointment....:thumbup:
