• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I finally did it. After seeing a vest save a Spyder rider it really hit home. I have been wearing an Icon Stryker vest like http://www.womenridersnow.com/docs/stories/3966/1.IMG_8447crop.jpg this. Its a good piece of equipment, I wear it under my jacket. But the Helite vest is light years better.

I bough it from Revzilla. I got $55 off retail and they pay sales tax, so I saved about $120. It will take a week to get here, but once I use it on my bikes I will give you an initial impression.

Good luck, and hoping you'll never need it. Since your upper body will be protected, in regards to broken bones, what about your lower body?

 :congrats: Here's to hoping that you never have to find out how well it works!

Yes, I hope to never post a crash results thread.

Hope to hear your impressions of the vest once you get used to it. Also hoping that you wont have to post any crash results.
