I was born in Florida and have survived many hurricanes (Andrew being the worst). However my thoughts and prayers 
ray:are with everyone within the path of the monster headed your way. A category 5 hurricane is nothing to "ride out" so make sure to evacuate if necessary, take the proper precautions and remember that most deaths occur after the storm when people try to drive through flooded streets or touch a downed power line. If you're in the path of the eye, DO NOT go outside after the first lull because those 150+ winds will hit u like a brick when it starts up again (this time in the opposite direction). And most of all do not operate grills or generators inside your home, the fumes (sometimes odorless) are deadly and toxic:shocked:. PLEASE be safe!
