• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How to remove left side panel

I need to remove the left side panel that lies under the seat as my heated gear fuse is located there. Do I need to remove all the left side panels before I can get that particular one off or can I just remove that one? I did remove the screw under the seat but couldn't get it off. I'm wondering if removing the screws in the side hard bag will enable me to remove the cover. I just need to get to the heated gear fuse. Thanks in advance

To answer your question yes you do have to remove the screws from the piece around the bag. The screw at the top of the panel under the seat is much shorter then the others, so make sure it goes back in the same hole. I also prefer removing the mirror and the other panels 1st,but you can do it without. The middle panel , the one with the two fake screws showing, can be lifted up and the top panel screws underneath it removed. Just pop the fake screw loose from their rubber grommets. It's fiddley but it can be done that way. I have done it many times but have decided it is not any easier or faster.
