How do you upload more than one photo

I know how to upload a single photo but how do you upload more than at a time? When I try it only lets me select one photo from my computer.....

So do I have to create an album, upload the pics to the album, then how do I get them into a post?

OK, I see what I have to do. I was trying to upload 4 files at the same time. I see now you have to upload each image one at a time into a post. So I'm good now.
