• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have my 600 mile maintance this Saturday I have 740 miles and I have a 160 mile trip to hit this Thursday. Would 900 miles be ok or is that too many before my maintenance? Your help would be appreciated.

As long as your oil level is OK i see no problems with waiting till 900 miles.

I called my dealer with the same question, and they told me to check the oil, and don't go overboard - like over 1000.

I'd callthe service dept, tell them the issue, and they'll probably tell you it's OK.

BTW... While there is tons of good information / advice on here, it can't replace a good relationship with your dealer / service dept.

I have 550 miles on mine.I have booked my service for Friday week.My dealer told me not to worry if it's 300 miles or so over the 600.The reason it's 600 miles it's a rounded figure as 600 miles equals 960 kilometers and the 1st service in kilometers is 1000 another rounded figure.

The key is probably to make sure and let them perform their magic before "too awful long" (How's THAT for a vague measurement of distance?)
Wait until at least 600 miles; but try and keep it under 1000... And check your oil level!
