Hot Spot on Muffler Revealed - Pics

It's been driving me crazy wondering why some of of have had a hot spot or a burn mark on our can. : Looks like it's getting hot at the baffle plate and that's was causing the hot spot.

Very odd. There doesn't seem to be any particular reason for it to heat up right there. I thought the problem would be more obvious.

I think it may be that the glass was too thin right there. :dontknow: :

It's not at the weld if you look at the pics again you can see that it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. I don't see any obvious reason for it to do that. Don't matter to me anyway, I'm very happy with my Warrior pipe. :doorag:
