There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Hot or burning....

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a hot and/or burning rubber smell on their new ride. I'm riding my 2016 RTS to work this week & it's just over 20 miles each way. When I get it home after working I put it in the garage & smell something like hot rubber. Tires are just warm, belt is tracking good & suspension air bag is warm at the most. I have no idea what it could be. Thanks.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:

On a new bike: that's about as normal as it gets!
There's always stuff on a new bike, that gets burnt-off in the first couple of hundred of miles.

Thanks...

Thank you very much! I thought something was going to burn up & leave me stranded. I do like the bike a lot. I'm getting used to the way the handle bars feel in corners. I still fight it every so often & the bike reminds me to relax some.:yes::yes::yes::yes:

few factors that contribute to that cornering feeling.

1: Sway Bar
2: Tire Pressure.
3: Tire (Type)
4:Two up riding. I notice I can corner a lot faster one up riding than two up riding
5:Front shocks.

Give it time....

But if you want to make sure you can remove the tupperwear and see if there is anything to close to the pipes...

Sometimes I get a burning smell in the morning, which lets me know that there's another rat's nest that will be impossible to clean out. Nasty little vermin.

I have 6800 miles on mine and still get that smell. It is the strongest after riding in the rain and parking it in the garage. No smoke means no worries to me. lol
