• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Home after Spyderfest 2013...13624 miles from home back to home

I don't have an emoticon that takes its hat off.

But I take mine off to you.

I remember stopping on a country road in WA & asking the way to Enumclaw but pronounced it wrong & confused the lady. Will always remember that name.

THANKS AGAIN

I think about meeting you at SPYDERFDEST 2 and 3, They were GREAT, HOPE to meet up again at #5. YOUR THE BEST,

Murphy...glad you made it home safe...good luck on the dealer....My brother is going to be on the late June ride in WA....his name is Bruce...aka 'lil rabbit'......thanks for coming to our BBQ...we so enjoyed everyone

Murphybrown...You're my hero, I hope someday to do half as much as you. Enumclaw is where I bought my spyder about a month ago...0 problems. Great place. On your way out to the coast...If you get time, stop by for coffee, My wife and I live inside Mt Rainier Nat Park, out past Carbonado...Great ride out here on a spyder.

Karyl, glad you made it home safe from your latest adventure! It was really good to meet you and spend some time together. Please stay in touch. Until next time...

Glad to hear you are home but what a bummer about your service tech. Sounds like you are off to a good start with the new dealer and he understands what he is up against. I don't think you have had too many people take advantage of you and live to tell about it!

Ms. Spyder is about to enter uncharted territory going over the 60,000 miles mark on the RT. I hope she ages as beautifully as you.

There is no way I could really add to Ann's remarks above.

Glad your home safe.

Happy to hear that you made it home "safe and sound" finally :2thumbs: . I quess it also means that you won't make it to the Owners Event:dontknow:?

Thank -you -

I am a complete stranger to you.....only been with our Spyder since December 1, 2012, however, you may not realize it but your posts and experiences, do in fact help others and inspire others to stick with things when at times things don't seem so grand with the Spyder.

I am blessed to take our Spyder 3 hours to Springfield to visit Pitbull. I feel so much more confident there than nearer to where we live. Finding a dealer/service center you can trust, believe and know that is on the up and up no matter whether you be male or female is very important. (With honesty and reasonable pricing...I might add) Sadly getting harder and harder to find in these days we live.

I never got to meet you in person at Spyderfest 2013, but have heard good things from others who were blessed to be able to have done just that. So maybe next year if you get to come to Spyderfest, you can put a big flag on yourself or Spyder and make it so even people like us can pick you out of a crowd would be great.

Our Spyder threw us a hiccup not long ago, but thanks to your musings that you post it's easier to get back on and build that trust in the machine again.

I still have some fears of being stranded, but I know you have and made it through. I am glad you are back home safe for a little rest before heading out again. Be careful out there. Do NOT want to hear about you experiencing what Lamont and Chris did just recently. It is one of my big fears. Lord Willing, none of us will have to endure that!!!!

Take care--and thank you again for being YOU---and for sharing with the rest of the SPYDERLOVERS.com family.

Good luck and look forwards to your next postings and learning about your new experiences with your new mechanic and dealer.

God Speed Murphybrown!

;)
