high speed belt vibration

my high speed belt vibration gone made my own high speed belt idler
no more belt slap, I use nsk bearing,work just fine I know it not on the bottom but it work just fine on the top.
I made it shim adjustable.

If it is fixed solid do the berings roll constant or just as the belt flexes..?? looks great and done nicely and eleiminating the slap is a great help....:thumbup:
