• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey Lamont....

Hi Indyron,

Re: What about an option to see new threads, not just new posts?

Or better yet ( IMO ), how about having the site take one to the last post not read by that person; as another forum I frequent a lot does?

Just suggestin',

Curious..!!

But dosen't the "Whats new? " button get you all the new threads being posted..?? It works like a leader board and as they fall off they go to the corresponding forum archive or stay in the general forum. The little green arrow indicates you responded. I know little still finding things out after two and a half years here. :dontknow:

 Maybe I need to spend more time in here...

I never knew knew about a "what's new" button...

I just start each day in General Discussion; and go from there!

Bob, If you do that your posts count will double in the next 6 months.:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:
