• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help-Changing back to stock exhaust

I've got a Two Brothers pipe on and it is way TOO LOUD - ca't hear myself think! I've tried the P1R silencer -- no help. Have the P1 on order but don't think it will silence enough.

I was looking to remove the pipe and put the stock pipe back on. However, I notice that there is no header pipe clamp on the Two Brothers!

Will this be an issue for removing the pipe? I don't want to mess up the Two Brothers. Does anyone know how easily/ hard it will be to break whatever seal is ther?

thanks much! I'm new at this Spyder stuff!!:2thumbs:

taking the two brothers off is a beast.. I tried to remove mine and had a terrible time trying to get if off.. took it to the shop and they couldn't get it off either..

I actually got used to it and now the sound is sweet to the ears.. not sure what kind of sealant they sent with the pipe but it works and works well...

Good luck trying to change it out..

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm going to try a repack to see if I can quiet it down. The wife has invested in earplugs. Also going to Google high-temp silicone removal to see what shows up..

:2thumbs::clap:I am so glad to hear that this thing is TOO LOUD!!!!!

I'll be getting mine tomorrow.

Glad to hear you like it loud! Just put the P1 silencer in and it is now tolerable.......barely. I may add a custom silencer if I can get to a hardware store tomorrow...Also, there is the distinct possibility that it needs a repack.

BTW, found that to remove break the Hi-temp silicone seal at the header, most folks seem to use gasoline. very carefully, I'm sure...
