Help can't hear my GPS

Hello all

I have read the manual for my Sena 20s but I can't hear the GPS through my headset. Help!!
Let me also say that I am using a windows phone and there is no app for the windows phone.

Have you paired the GPS to your Sena headset using the Garmin instructions along with the Sena manual?

Are you using a stand alone GPS? I think there are instructions for pairing both a GPS and your IPhone. If you are using the Maps program on your Iphone make sure you go in the Maps program and set the audio. You will need to put in a destination and press Start to get to the volume settings.

I followed the instructions in the Sena 20S Manual Paragraph 5.4 for pairing my GPS and read my Garmin instructions manual. I can hear the Garmin through my speakers but not my headset. I have a window phone that shows that my phone is paired with the Garmin 590 and Sena 20s. I don't think I have missed a step anywhere but I have tried several times and I am frustrated with the Sena. :banghead:

If someone calls you on your phone can you answer the call with your 590 and hear the caller on your headset?
