Helmet Lock Parts HELP

I would like to put the Helmet locks on my sport rack.. and I have seen the posts and pictures on this site.. but I am having trouble finding the parts.. The posts say all the parts can be purchased at the Home Depot..

2 - #10-32 x ¾” Stainless Socket Head Caps Screws (HD SKU 30699715985)
2 - #10 x 5/16” x ¼” Aluminum Spacer (HD SKU 30699875382)
4 - #10 Stainless Cut Washer (HD SKU 30699324811)
2 - #10-32 Nylon Lock Nut (HD SKU 30699193615)

My problem is there are no Home Depot stores with in 100 miles of my area.. I have been to several hardware stores including lowes and can only find the washers and the lock nuts..

I can not find the
#10-32 x ¾” Stainless Socket Head Caps Screws
or the
#10 x 5/16” x ¼” Aluminum Spacers

I have looked online and have only found where you can order them in Mass Bulk.. any help in getting these parts would be greatly apperciated..

I have a Home Depot across the street. I'll check; if they have them, I will send n/c. If they don't have, I'll let you know by posting here.
