Heated Jacket Hook up

Can someone tell me where and how to hook up my heated jacket. ?? 2013 RT

What kind of connection do you have? is it single prong or the one open and one covered prong?

There is a 12v socket in the rear truck on the left side.

This thing has 2 metal rings on it, look about 3 ft long with the jacket hook up on the end.
