• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was trying to Change the headlight on my 2011 RSS (not fun BTW) and the clip that holds the bulb to the plug fell and I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement clip? I have called my local Can Am shop and they don't know what the part # is either. any help maybe one that will work by another model? Something to hold the light in
thanks
ted

UPDATE
I talked to cheap cycle parts she told me it was part #270000141 i ordered two in case i loose another one LOL

You can find part numbers and there price yourself on BRPs web site. They have a very good online parts catalog. Cheapcycle parts and other part sellers use BRPS catalog as well.

PS It is a good idea to stuff rags or shop towels to fill the gaps before starting to work on it. I learned that the hard way.

I looked up the part number 270000141. That is not the clip that holds the bulb in. I do not see the correct clip as a separate item on the exploded parts view. Did he order the wrong part.

This is the part that matches the part number above. See item 8 in exploded parts view. Don't look right to me?
