Headed to the Ozarks for four days of riding bliss.

Five of us are headed up to Mountainburg Arkansas in the Ozarks Thursday for fours days of riding bliss! We rented a cabin for three nights and plan to ride up Thursday and settle in. Friday we are going to take in the surrounding roads and sights. We found a bike rally/BBQ to attend Saturday along with a group ride. And then we will head down to Mena and ride the scenic by-way on the way back to Dallas on Sunday. Should be a good long riding weekend with my brother, cousin, and a couple of friends.

are you staying at one of the state parks there like Lake Fort Smith or Devil's Den? I know the area well because many years ago I was the park ranger @ Lake Fort Smith. Lots of nice twisty roads there to have some fun on.

We are staying at the Locke Mountain Cabins in Mountainburg. It's just to the east of Fort Smith Lake Park on Old Locke Rd, probably not 20 minutes away at the most!
