• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Ducatti in your picture appears to be a Diavel. Is that correct? I have been looking at them, particularly the Diavel Strada (2013 is the last year for the Strada). How do you like yours? Pros/con's i.e. reliability, cost of maintenance etc. BTW I live in Maryville, TN which is less than an hour northwest of Tellico Plains. I ride thru there from time to time when I travel the Cherohala Skyway.

It is a Diavel red carbon edition. I have put 7000 miles on it and never had a single mechanical issue. I do all my own service and tire changes so that helps with cost. I weigh about 300 pounds so I have changed the rear spring. Ducati offers different spring weights that you can order. I eat thru a rear tire every 1000 miles. They run 200.00 and I can get 2000 miles out of a front. They run 100.00. I never touch the back brakes so the pads are like new. And I have only changed the front pads once. If you are looking for a very comfortable , very strong , very dependable bike I would highly recommend one. I have seen the Strada edition. I personally didn't like the way they did the rear bags. It looks like they struggled to figure out how to adapt them. Also they color of the bags looked weathered to me. One of my favorite things is the long strip taillights. On the strada they had to remove them. I think you would be very pleased with the Strada or get any of the other diavel editions and add aftermarket bag.

One thing I will say is that I bought my diavel with 600 miles on it. It already had the 4000.00 Termi exhaust system on it. That price also included the performance ECU and air filter. It dynos at 157HP. If it had not had it when I bought it I probably wouldnt add it. I would just recommend a slip on so you can hear that mean Vtwin engine.

Just curious, what bike do you ride now? I'm in tellico now. If your riding this week maybe we could meet up.
