Having sound issues - any hints are appreciated?

So, still getting used to the Spyder~ was able to pair my iPhone ~ ran to the store and was enjoying music. Came out of the store- can’t hear any music coming from my paired phone and when I try to go to radio, select FM but nothing happens - I am sure it is newbie operator error , but any hints are appreciated - and it was not on mute that I know of!

The phone has to be unlocked to connect with the dash or BRP Connect, even after it is paired.

Phone was playing, I could see the music by the name - just could not hear it, nor could I get the FM to play

Same happened on mine yesterday. Make sure the BT volume is up all the way on the phone, and the music is routed to the BT on the phone.
