No it's not there....

Yes you can get these air flow panels for the older RS I was going to do this for my 2012 RS SE5 but decided to trade it for an F3. Part numbers are listed below. I think it was going to be around 500.00 for both panels and they only come in black or white. I was going to order from powersportswarehouse.com

I would double check everything before you order.

You better check closely. I may be wrong here but I do not think they will fit the 2012's and older. 2013 YES they fit and it is NOT just 2 panels. There are two for each side. The panel directly in front must also be replaced.

My part numbers maybe wrong but I know that the panels will fit the older models, I got two yes's, One from the BRP reps at the owners event in Durango Colorado in 2014 and another one at a Spyder dealership.

Make sure the dealership gives you a written estimate with part numbers. Then shop around on line.
