There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Today is December the 25th.Most people have some kind of Christmas celebration with family and friends.

Here in South Australia, we're just winding down after the family Christmas gathering, and most of us 'adults' will soon be heading off somewhere to provide whatever small degree of 'oldies support' we can to our exhausted volunteer Firies... volunteers who've basically put their lives & Christmas with their families on hold to ensure that others still get some sort of Christmas, and they've been on the go flat chat since early/mid September! :shocked: So far, I don't think any of our local Spyder Ryders have been injured/killed, but more than a few have lost pretty much everything except their family homes, altho they can't go back to check yet, and there's no power or water for most anyway - but you hafta remember that no matter how dark it might look, if you can still count your blessings as & when they come, you're a lot better off than some! :cheers:
