• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have read and understood a lot of your concerns, i currently have on this trip to spydersefest 5646 miles out of Seattle, Wa. And we are now in Dallas, Tx. I am a happy Camper camper with my RT 2010, yes I have a few issues that need to be looked at such as CB communications with sporadic communication with a GoldWing rider. Oil leak on left side, turn signal return, tach. Out of sink, sweeky, breaks, but these are things that we expect, as Bike Riders. Suck it up troops, STOP YOUR BITCHING and enjoy your yours rides . We are now in Dallas, and heading west. Hope to see you all in the Redwoods. As you can see I Have been there and done that and until you have traveled the miles that I have, on my many Goldwings (2wheels .and 3 wheels
Do you have have the the miles to complain gWe are leaving the great City of
Dallas and heading West to Carlsbad, N. M . Just my thoughts and oppionion.
We are doing our Bucket List.

:congrats:! "There's no time like the present" to get the "bucket list" trimmed down a little bit.:2thumbs:
I agree that sometimes you have to put up with an imperfect world.:D

:congrats: have been working on my buketlist too thats how we ended up with :f_spider: as motorcycle licence and motorcycle on bucket list then :f_spider: came along

 Spoken like a true Brit bike rider! Enjoy the journey, and continue not to worry about the little things. If you can pick up a spare oil pressure switch at a dealer, though, it might be comforting. If your lets go further it could strand you. Godspeed! :firstplace:

Left side oil leak

Thanks Scotty for the info on oil pressure switch. Have stopped at a number of Can Am Dealers..... Some good Some really bad customer service. None would take the time to check Spyder oil leak. On the average the wait time would be 3 days from this next Tuesday. None stocked the part needed and that would be another 3 to 4 days. I should call ahead to a Dealer in N.M. And have them order oil pressure switch. I will have to wait until Tuesday, Monday being the Holiday.
Thanks again for your knowledge and willingness to help.

To-day we have traveled in strong winds from the left side heading west on I-20, temp.at 102. Laying over in Colorado City, Tx. And continue hopefully early tomorrow on to Carlsbad Caverns.
