• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The time has come.
I can't ride 100 miles without the old bod feeling like I've ridden 1000.
I found my yellow Mini Cooper convertible and the wife says I can only have one toy at a time.
If you might be interested in a yellow SE5 then check my post in the for sale/wtb forum.

Uh-oh....we ALREADY bought a mini-cooper - John Cooper Works but I hope to keep both toys for a while. My husband smiles every time he takes out the Cooper - like driving a go cart on steroids. I think we enjoy it more than our Mercedes convertible as it has more personality. Hope you enjoy your mini, Dennis. Good luck with the sale of the Spyder.

Best that you make the decision now than to have it made for you later via an accident.

Congrats on the new Mini-cooper--- have fun!

It comes to all of us sooner or later. Ride while you can as nothing in this life lasts forever. :ohyea:

Love those Mini Coopers, by the way.

I am sorry to see the time has come for you to quit riding. I applaud you, though. It takes a wise person to realize his/her limitations. Hardest thing I ever did was give up my competition driver's license when I realized I was becoming a hazard to myself and others due to the mileage on my bod.

I find the choice of the Mini a hoot, however. Even before I gave up dragsters, I had to move up to a bigger car because arthritis made it so difficult for me to get in and out of my little Dodge Colt roller skate. I could still ride a bike fine, though. Just the opposite...go figure! :D

Best of luck in your newest venture.

Agreed. It's a descision we will all have to make at some point. Good luck with the Mini - I hear they are fun! And I agree, you certainly don't have to leave the group. We are a pretty fun bunch! :D

Mini Cooper

There is a group of Mini's that ride the No GA mountains, usually early in the morning. The pack is around 20=30 cars, normally in 1 straight line. If you get the pleaseure of watching them, Wow. Kinda like a snake weaving thru the rocks, just awesome. Ride safe, I know u will enjoy.:congrats:

Congrats on your Mini.:congrats: I hope it brings a smile to your face.:ohyea: You know, that doesn't mean you have to leave the family ..... :nopic:
