Handlebar clamp RAM kit

Couple of months ago I saw this on a 2021 F3 on a dealer floor and the parts guy said "Ya I can get it for you". It seems it was a custom order for the new owner. I just called and it's now seemingly no longer available. :-(

Anyone know a source for the part that is circled in white? All I want is the clamp. Don't need the RAM ball or arm.
