There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I took the retired, don't have the money approach. Just sanded the shine down to the silver with 180/220 tri mite wet paper with some spritzer bottle water and used Duplicolor truck bed paint. I took my time and broke all the surfaces of the gloss and very carefully taped it all off. I took the clutch lever assembly off and covered the whole area to protect from overspray.
The can spits quite a bit.
70 plus degree day, 6 coats 30 minutes between coats - shake the can at least 3 minutes each time not the 2 they say.
Total cost about $25.00
And if you want to black out the peg/muffler holder you can go right ahead.
