HAND BRAKE for Spyder f3 model

I'm looking to purchase another Spyder F3 model and was wondering if anyone is making a hand brake system for it. I had a 2015 with an ISCI brake on it. Now I can't seem to get an answer from the company. I bought one last year. Now when I call I just get a voicemail and full inbox. Just wondering if they still make them or if someone else makes something that will work as well as theirs.

ISCI still makes them, or at least they did a month or so ago. I found there were two ISCI websites, one seemed "dead". Phone was always picked up quickly, maybe they took a company week off.
