I wouldn't. These jerks deliberately posted that email address in hopes that (a) you'd validate and acknowledge their vandalism, and (b) hope you'd reply so they have your email addresses to spam, sell to spammers, etc.

Best rule of thumb is to NEVER reply back to a spammers email address.
